Getting Organised Before Our Honeymoon

Friday, March 23rd, 2012

I wanted to make sure that I had everything in order before my new wife and I went away on our honeymoon. One of the things I needed to sort outn was replacing the flooring in our warehouse. Smile please. I like to think of myself as a keen amateur photographer, so I was chuffed to bits when my friend asked me to take the photos at her wedding.

It was only a few minutes later when I realised what a bad idea that would be. Taking photos for my own pleasure is one thing, but recording the most important day of my friend’s life is quite another.

Taking good photos at a wedding is not just about being able to use the camera; it is about managing people, knowing where to get people to stand, knowing how to get people to pose properly, and knowing how to organise people when they are just standing around socialising.

Before I turned my friend down, I found her an alternative at www.Weddingphotographerssolihull.co.uk, and I am so glad I did.

When my now husband proposed I had everything worked out, even down to the way I wanted the pictures to look, so I took on the job of organising everything. One of the first things I did was book an appointment with http://www.weddingphotograperskidderminster.co.uk/. (more…)
