Car MOTs in Hoddesdon

Monday, February 7th, 2011

I panic everytime my car has to go for its MOT. It’s so old and knackered that I’m always convinced that she’ll fail and cost me a fortune in repairs. Miraculously, I haven’t had any problems with her yet, though. I often wondered if that might be more to do with the thorough nature of the MOT, or the car itself, so this year I decided to take the car to www.carmotshoddesdon.co.uk to see if they would give me a different result. Car Breakdowns in Hitchin

Monday, January 31st, 2011

Is there anything worse than your car breaking down? You feel completely helpless. I have relied on my car for years and when it broke a couple of weeks ago, I felt like I didn’t know what to do. It’s funny how we forget about public transport when we’ve been driving for a few years! I was lucky that my car stopped working just down my road, so I could walk home from where it had broken down. I needed to find a company who could repair my car quickly and to a really high standard. My friend recommended that I go to www.carbreakdownshitchin.co.uk for their help.

Car servicing in Hitchin

Wednesday, January 19th, 2011

You think that when you get a new car that you won’t have any problems with it. I bought my brand new Micra after years of putting up with an old banger, which threatened to break down every other day. I was so excited. I thought I would be free of all problems. And, as I saw it, even if I did have problems, I could just take it to the garage and get them to fix it under warranty.

So when I noticed that my gears were sticking a little, that’s exactly what I did. When  got it back after a few days, the problem was still there, though. I sent it back, and again, it returned in the same state. I decided enough was enough, so I took the car to www.carservicinghitchin.co.uk and decided I would send Nissan the bill. (more…)

Vintage cars in Royston

Thursday, January 6th, 2011

We came up with the perfect retirement present for my father-in-law – a beat up old motor.

Really, it is better than it sounds. It’s actually a vintage car, although don’t ask me what make and model, because I know nothing about these things.

We also found him www.Vintagecarsroyston.co.uk, because he is definitely going to need some help fixing it up.

Volkswagen car servicing in Buntingford

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

I’ve always been a bit confused about which is the best place to go to for car repairs, so when my Volkswagen Golf broke down on the motorway, I decided to check online for advice. I am such a fan of Volkswagens, they’re so well made, and they last for years and years.

It was a simple decision after that. Everyone in the Buntingford area was saying the same thing, and there was a quick and easy website for me to look at, without being hassled. www.volkswagencarservicingbuntingford.co.uk did exactly what it said on the tin, and made my life simple when I wanted to compare like for like on getting Volkswagen car servicing in Buntingford. Intensive Driving Lessons in Waltham Cross

Wednesday, August 25th, 2010

I decided it was high time that I learnt to drive. I did start to learn when I was seventeen years old but had a bad experience with my driving Instructor and ended up stopping them. I have managed to put it off until my ripe age of thirty. It doesn’t feel good when your little sister has started driving lessons before you. I’m so excited as i know that it will make such a difference to my day to day life. I’ll finally be able to get where I need to be on time as I will no longer be a slave to public transport! Buses and trains are the bane of my life these days. (more…)

Car servicing in Ware

Thursday, July 1st, 2010

I can’t put it off any longer. My car is beginning to cough and splutter as though it was smoking 60 a day. I love my car so much, but it does need a lot of extra servicing and work now that it is getting older. I can’t bear to part with though, and it would really upset me if I couldn’t get fixed properly.

I have to admit that I have not been showing it very much loving care over the last year and maybe this is its way of reminding about this fact. (more…)
