When my granddad died a few years ago, we realised we didn’t have one decent picture of all the family together. We didn’t even have that many really nice pictures of my granddad to put in frames in the house. All we had was a few rubbish family snaps – usually out of focus, with bad lighting or with people’s heads missing!

When my friend’s mum found out she had terminal cancer, I relayed my story and suggested they get some nice pictures taken of her. It was a sensitive subject, but they were really grateful. I have found that wherever I have lived, there has always been something that I have planned to fix or change since the day in, that I would still be complaining about on the day I moved out! In my current house, it was the garage door. It’s not that it didn’t work, it just tended to get stuck a lot. I got used to it, but it always really annoyed my husband. One day, he was having a rant about it when I said, ‘why don’t you just get a new garage door?’ he looked at me like the idea had never crossed his mind before! He decided to do a lot of research and find the best door that he could at a reasonable price. He found www.cheapgaragedoorssevenoaks.co.uk and they are coming around later today to fit the new door. My husband is so excited; I don’t think anyone has ever been this excited about a garage door!
