I was so shocked when I came home from work last week and found that my house had been broken into. Whoever did it broke in through the back window in broad daylight and managed to get away with my laptop, DVD player and some jewellery. I was very shaken up but luckily I was fully insured so I was able to claim back for everything that was taken. My laptop was on its last legs anyway so I suppose that I need to think positively about the fact that I now have a brand new state of the art laptop.

My company has had a office in the centre of London for a long time, but we realised that if we moved out of town, we would be able to dramatically lower our overheads. We found a great building in Chelmsford that was a bargain, but it needed a lot of work. All of the windows needed to be replaced, and the whole building had to be redecorated.

I became so sick of all the drafts in my house.
