Ever since signing the contract, I’ve been thinking about all the things that I am going to do with my new house. I’ve been trawling the streets of Wolverhampton for wallpapers, flooring, furniture and utensils! The list never ends to be honest and my new house belongings seem to be growing by the minute!

My long term boyfriend and I have been looking at buying our first house together for ages but being first time buyers, we’ve been saving for a deposit for the past two years. Finally having all the deposit together, we are both very excited at the prospect of buying our first new house!

The house that we have chosen is gorgeous (but I would say that!) It’s a lovely semi detached house in a small town in Wolverhampton.

I couldn’t help but think the other day how much I hoped the new house had a small off licence near it! I know at my parents’ house now, we have a small off licence which sells everything from magazines to those products you forget time after time at the supermarket!

I looked online and found a website called www.offlicencewolverhampton.co.uk which said that there was a corner shop just a small walk from the place. The first time I saw the house, I didn’t even take any notice of what was around the property and just took note of the house itself! Good job for websites like www.offlicencewolverhampton.co.uk!
