Employment Solicitors in Maesteg

Looking for an effective employment solicitor in Maesteg is turning out to be quite the difficult task.

I had been working within a small sized car manufacturing business for around a year when I believe I was unfairly dismissed for something which was not related to me in the slightest. There had been problems with the stock going missing long before I even started at the company yet because there was no official evidence to suggest who it was; the company have dismissed the majority of people until further investigations.

To be honest, I’m completely astounded by the whole procedure. What ever happened to being innocent until proven guilty? Whilst I know I will regain my position at the company because I am completely innocent, I still feel as though the whole situation has left innocent employees very vulnerable.
