Working in the catering business is the best job that I have ever had. I have always loved being a hostess and with my catering company I get to be the hostess for big events like weddings and birthday parties. It is so important to me that all of food that We make is of the highest standard and as fresh as possible, so we have to use the best refrigeration equipment. As a restaurant owner I am always looking for ways to cut costs in the current difficult economic climate. I am very proud of my son and all that he has achieved. He was never very academic, so instead of going to university he decided to train as a butcher. He has worked really hard and is very skilled. After working for another butcher for years, he decided to try on his own, so he looked for a shop. I started looking as well, and was lucky to find the perfect location on the high street. I have always wanted to have a top of the range refrigeration truck, so I was so pleased when I got a fantastic deal from www.smalltruckrefrigerationwestmidlands.co.uk and got the van that I needed. I work at an organic food company delivering fresh fruit and vegetables so it’s essential that all of the produce is kept as fresh as possible. Opening my own restaurant has been a dream that I have had for years. I worked as a chef in a lot of different restaurants, but I was never able to create the dishes that I really wanted to sell. When you run your own business, it’s really important that you stay on top of all of your finances. While I have been running my catering company, some people have been taking advantage of my easy going nature, and not paid me on time, or at all.
