Keeping Building In Great Shape

Tuesday, March 20th, 2012

I have been working in property for decades now and there are a few companies that I keep coming back to again and again. One of those companies is www.buildingcontractorsouthport.co.uk; they always provide a reliable and efficient building service. I used their services a couple of months ago when I wanted to build an extension on one of the properties that I own. They understood exactly what I wanted and they had the extension built to a really high standard within the time and budget that they quoted.

I rent a lot of the property that I won out to tenants so I need to use a building maintenance company who can complete repairs and property maintenance work quickly and thoroughly. I have been working with www.buildingmaintenanceleicester.co.uk for years as they are always there to help out. I think that it's really important to keep my tenants happy so whenever they need repairs or maintenance I call on this reliable company to help me out.

Planning Permission

Monday, November 7th, 2011

My wife and I were so happy when we found a house that was in a great location and was in our price range. The only issue was that it was a bit small, but we thought that we could remedy the situation by getting an extension for the house. We looking cooking and entertaining so we wanted to extend the kitchen so that it could act as a kitchen and dining room. We needed to apply for planning permission, but we didn’t know where to start so we called www.planningconsultantsnorthampton.co.uk to see if they could help us get the permission that we needed. They were very helpful and we getting the planning permission was surprisingly easy.

A Wonderful Wedding Surprise

Thursday, September 8th, 2011

Planning our wedding was stressful, but it all paid off on the big day. I was so absorbed with planning every detail of the wedding that I forgot about planning our move to Canterbury once we had come back from honeymoon. We didn’t have time to look around houses, so I just presumed that we would stay in a hotel or a flat until we found somewhere.

Everything came together perfectly at the wedding, and I was especially pleased with our photographer from www.weddingphotographerschannelislands.co.uk. He took the pictures that we really wanted, and he wasn’t intrusive or distracting at all during the day.

I have been planning on moving to Canterbury for a while now, but it toook me a long time to find the right property. I didn’t really know where were the best areas or the type of home that would be best for me, so I was looking around a bit aimlessly to be honest. I finally had a breakthrough when I found www.propertytoletcanterbury.co.uk. They have great properties available, and I found all of the staff to be very helpful and professional. After one two viewings wth them I found the right place for me to live.

Signing For My House

Friday, September 2nd, 2011
Everything was ready to go with my new house, www.commercialpropertysolicitorskidderminster.co.uk had helped me every step of the way, and I was really excited. I was moving to Birmingham, so I drive down to up to sign the contract. As I was about to legally sign for the contract, I realised that I had forgotten to bring any form of I.D., so I couldn't legally sign for the house. I couldn't believe that I had forgotten something so important.
I needed to get the documents as soon as possible, so I called on www.samedaydeliverywembley.co.uk to deliver them to me in Birmingham. I have used them before, and they always offer a relaible and professional service. They exceeded all of my expectations, and I was able to sign for the house the following day. I'm so glad that it all worked out, i would have been devastated if I'd had missed out on the house.

House Build

Thursday, August 18th, 2011

Building my dream home was a dream that I never thought would be realised. I have been working hard for the last thirty years, and when my wife and I started looking for a smaller house to move into after our children had left home, we realised that we had enough money to build our own home at the same price as the houses we were looking at. We found a great company to work with, www.constructioncompaniesmaidstone.co.uk. They helped us plan and build the house that we really wanted and it is almost finished now. It looks amazing.

While all this was going on, my son was looking for a flat for him and his girlfriend in Nottingham. He really wanted a property that had a bit of character, and he was so pleased when he found www.onebedroomflatnottingham.co.uk. It's a great flat, and so far, he's really enjoying living there.

Adapting Our New Home

Monday, August 15th, 2011

We have been building our new house for the past few months with www.newhousesscunthorpe.co.uk, and it is coming along really well. We have always wanted to build a house to our specifications, so designing and seeing a building created from your plans is quite amazing. The company are a joy to work with and they have exceeded all of our expectations.

Flat Conversion

Monday, August 15th, 2011

I have always invested my money in property rather than anything else, even though the property market hasn’t been very profitable for the last few years. I bought a great four storey mill in the centre of Manchester, and decided to get them converted into flats. The conversion took a year to complete, but it was worth the wait. I called on the ever reliable www.kitchenfittingworcester.co.uk to fit the new kitchens, and they look great. I use them for all of my building projects, and I have developed a great relationship with them over the years.

Doing Up The School

Tuesday, June 28th, 2011

We have fought over the past few years to keep our local school open. We have faced a lot of opposition, but our community has clubbed together to ensure that we did everything possible to keep the school open for children in the area. Through fundraising, rallying and hard work, we have been able to make sure that our local school stays open for at least the next ten years. It feels like such an achievement, and we have been able to invest in several things to enrich the building, as well as repairing some maintenance issues that are important. Because the electrics haven’t been properly working for so long, it was really important that we installed a new electrical system. With children in the building, it really is essential that the electrics are in the best condition possible. We called in www.commercialelectriciansleicester.co.uk for their services.

My Husband\’s Inheritance

Monday, June 27th, 2011

My husband and his family are from Aberdeen, but we met when we were at University in Birmingham, and he hasn’t lived back up in Scotland since. Sadly, at the end of last year, my husband’s favourite Auntie died. She was a lovely woman, and always treated my husband as if he was her own son. She left him a sizeable property in Aberdeen that had just been converted into flats. It was such a generous gesture, but slightly difficult to manage seeing as we live in Leicester! We needed to find a company that we could trust to manage the property, and we were lucky to find www.propertymaintenanceaberdeen.co.uk. They are a company that have a wide range of contacts in loads of different trades, so if anything goes wrong, they can sort it and we don’t have to worry about it. It is such a weight off our minds.
