Moving to Northern Ireland with my husband and two kids a couple of years ago was quite difficult because I am very close to my family and was used to being down the road from them all. We had to move for my husband’s work and even though I found it hard to start with, we have settled in and now we are very happy here. I do still miss my family but I look forward to seeing them and we always have a great time when we meet up.

My sister arranged a family reunion of sorts for our Grandma’s 90th and I was really excited. I had been planning on getting some professional pictures taken of my children for a while but I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to get some snaps that I could give to all the family. When we couldn’t decide what to buy my mum for her birthday this year, my brother came up with a fantastic idea. He suggested we get some professional photographs taken of all the children and grandchildren. We used http://www.portraitphotographersmanchester.co.uk and got a really good price for the photographs we wanted. We had portraits taken and group shots of everyone, which we had framed and wrapped up. My mum loved her really personal present. None of us are great at taking photographs, so all she had before was a pile of very amateur family shots taken on small cameras. We all looked great in the new pictures and my mum will get hours of enjoyment out of them for years to come.

We have just moved to new offices in a really cool art deco building. We are a design company, so I think that it’s really important that we project the right image with stylish premises. The building is so beautiful that we decided to take a picture of it for our latest brochure. I have been in denial for some time about my diminishing eye sight, but I decided that I really didn’t want to be squinting at my wedding or in my wedding photographs. The time had come to accept that I no longer had 20/20 vision, so I booked an eye test with www.opticalrepairsblackheath.co.uk. I had never had an eye test before, so I was a bit nervous, but I really didn’t have anything to worry about. My optician said that he was surprised that I managed so long without glasses. I decided that I would get contact lenses for my big day, and my opticians helped my find the best type for me and my eyes.

Planning our wedding was stressful, but it all paid off on the big day. I was so absorbed with planning every detail of the wedding that I forgot about planning our move to Canterbury once we had come back from honeymoon. We didn’t have time to look around houses, so I just presumed that we would stay in a hotel or a flat until we found somewhere.

Everything came together perfectly at the wedding, and I was especially pleased with our photographer from www.weddingphotographerschannelislands.co.uk. He took the pictures that we really wanted, and he wasn’t intrusive or distracting at all during the day.

I was so excited when my best friend told me that she was getting married in our home town of Harrogate. I live in Southampton now, so i love going back up North to see my friends and family. She said that she didn’t want any wedding presents, but when I was in www.antiquedealerssouthampton.co.uk I saw a gorgeous antique vase that I just knew she would love. I got a great deal on it, and I even bought some lovely pieces for my house.

I was over the moon when my sister told me that she was getting married. A couple of years ago, she left a very destructive relationship, and I am so glad that she has found love with such a fantastic man. We decided to arrange a farewell dinner for her as she was moving to Australia straight after her wedding, so I booked a function room at www.bedandbreakfastaccommodationharlow.co.uk. I invited all of her friends and our family, and we had a fantastic night. the room was great, and we were given really attentive and professional service.

When the wedding day arrived, we were all very emotional; not only was it a big day in our family because my sister was getting married, but it was all the more bittersweet because she was moving away. They captured the day perfectly, and we all have pictures of the day, so although they're far away, we've got amazing memories that we can look at whenever we want.
