Seizing The Day

Friday, April 27th, 2012

I was very upset when my Grandma passed away because we had always been so close. I used to go to her house every day after school and she was such a kind and fun loving woman. She instilled a very optimistic quality in me and I will always be grateful for that.

The funeral was difficult as we were all very upset. The service was lovely and everything had been perfectly arranged by www.funeralservicerushden.co.uk. My Mum said that they had been incredibly supportive throughout the whole funeral planning process and she was very impressed.

Downsizing My House

Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012

Once all of my children flew the nest I thought that I should downsize my family home to a smaller house. My children kicked up a fuss, but I stood my ground and they begrudgingly cleared out their rooms. They couldn’t fit all of their stuff in their small flats or university halls so I said that I would pay for some storage units where they could keep their things for a couple of years. I looked online and found www.storagecompanycambridge.co.uk and arranged for a storage unit with their company. I was very impressed with their services and friendly staff and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Re-evaluating My Life

Tuesday, March 20th, 2012

When I got the phone call from my Mum saying that my cousin David had passed away I was devastated. He was only 2 years older than me and we had been very close when we were growing up. He had been ill for a long time and in some ways we were all relieved for him, but it was still very sad for everyone who loved him. The funeral was incredibly moving and the headstone from www.memorialheadstonesworthing.co.uk was a really fitting tribute to someone who had touched a lot of lives.

Reward For Hard Work

Thursday, March 8th, 2012

My house has taken three years to completely renovate and redecorate and now that it’s finished, I don’t know what to do with myself! When I bought my house I knew that it was right for me but I’m not sure if I was prepared for all of the hard work that would come with it. After getting all of the structural work done, I was able to think about the design for the inside of the house. I have always loved luxurious bathrooms, so I decided to invest in the bathroom that I have always wanted from www.bathroomdesignipswich.co.uk. They have a fantastic range of bathroom suites available and I was so happy with the service that I received from their professional and friendly staff. I absolutely love my bathroom!

My Girlfriend’s Birthday

Tuesday, September 6th, 2011

My girlfriend and I have been engaged for six years, but we have never gotten round to choosing a date for our big day. There’s always been a reason why we have decided to wait another year. I was looking for presents for her birthday, and I went to one of her favourite shops, www.shoeshopsmanchester.co.uk and found some black high heels that I knew she would love.

Rings And Refrigeration

Tuesday, August 2nd, 2011

I have worked very hard over the past ten years to save up the money to open my own cafe. It has been my dream to run my own cafe for as long as I can remember, and i was over the moon when I managed to save up the money that I needed to finally open it. There were so many things to organise before it opened, but one of the most stressful moments was when my refrigeration system in the cafe stopped working the day before the opening! I had a million and one things to think about, and this hiccup was not helpful! Luckily, I knew that I could call on www.refrigerationservicesnottingham.co.uk for their help. They came to my cafe straight away, and easily diagnosed the problem with the fridges and had them working properly in next to no time.
