I am so excited.  After months of hard work I am on the verge of opening my new business.  I have spent a great deal of time and energy working on this venture.  Nearly everything is now in place for my business.  I have got some fabulous brochures printed by www.brochuredesignenfield.co.uk  I have had a website built and I have all my stock.

I am just waiting for some work to be completed on my new business premises.  I needed to call on a specialist company www.buildingrestorationpeterborough.co.uk to do this work for me.  I am really pleased with what they have done.

One of the last things I am organising is a launch party.  I am going to invite all the people who have helped me and also people I think will be useful for the future growth and development of my business.  You need to stay ahead of the game in business and networking is a key part of this.

I am confident that in a year from now I will have hit all my projected figures and will be well on the way to expanding and taking on more staff.

I have had a motorbike for some years now and while I am really fond of it my girlfriend has managed to nag me into submission and I am going to sell it.  I really want to make as much money as I can so I have decided to try a few different ways of selling it.  I have already got some leaflets printed.  I went to a fantastic company for this called www.graphicdesignwarwick.co.uk

Once I have sold my precious bike I am going to spend the money on something good like a holiday or perhaps put it towards an extension to our house.  I think my girlfriend would like me to use some of the money to buy her an engagement ring, but I'm not ready for that yet.  Getting rid of my bike should show her how much I think of her without having to get down on one knee just yet.

I have a tendency to fall in love with buildings, something that my husband says is a very expensive character trait! I love finding old buildings, restoring them and selling them on, although it breaks my heart sometimes to sell them on. For years I have done it as a hobby, but then I thought that I could do it as a business. I also thought that with all of the houses that I have renovated and completed, I could offer my services as a project manager to other people. Within a couple of days, I was getting enquiries from up and down the country. It was amazing! The first project that I decided to help with was in Wales, with a couple who wanted to renovate a country house. the house was completely beautiful, and I could see why they loved it so much. They were so professional, and both myself and the couple who owned the cottage were very impressed with their work.

This has so far been a very exciting year for me. My new business has got off the ground, and I have finally been able to start work building the house that I have been dreaming of for so long. It’s very hard over the past few years, working on my business, but this year has really proven to be the breakthrough year, and we have started making a really healthy profit.
