I have just had a new kitchen fitted and I am so pleased with it.  What is even better is that it is ready in time for Christmas.  I am having all the family round and it will be so nice to have my new kitchen to cook in.  It is just so much nicer than my old kitchen which was, to be honest, falling to pieces.  The company that fitted my new kitchen is www.fittedkitchensjersey.co.uk and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I feel like I am on a bit of a roll now with the house.  After getting the kitchen finished I decided I wanted to get some wood flooring for the lounge.  I thought it would be a far more practical solution to a carpet, as we have a dog and carpets always seem to get grubby after a while.  I went to www.woodflooringcheltenham.co.uk on the recommendation of a friend and I am very pleased that I did.  It's a fabulous place, offering fantastic wood flooring.  I chose an oak floor, which looks fantastic.

I think I will have to leave any future home improvement work for a while now.  I need to save up some more money and also Christmas takes up so much time and I haven't any time to think about it.  Lots of jobs for the New Year though.

The perfect kitchen seems to be one of those things that people are always striving for. Everybody has seen those films with the people living in big post American houses with huge kitchens and all the latest appliances.
