Its round about this time of year when many of us start contemplating our yearly summer holiday. Now, usually this is the time when we choose to go abroad for either one week or two to escape the typical British summer, yet this year’s tight budget is probably going to prevent us from fleeing abroad. A family friend of ours recommended that we look at options for self catering in Fife as she says that for a getaway in Britain, Fife is an ideal choice. As a family, we have never visited Fife before, so if anything, we are quite intrigued to find out what it has to offer.
