Bid to show where curry kormas from
Wednesday, January 19th, 2011The owner of three restaurants in Northampton, Naz Islam is campaigning for Indian restaurants to be renamed as Bangladeshi to better reflect the origins of the food.
Mr Islam, the owner of Aramintas, Tamarind and Saffron restaurants in Northampton, wants other eateries to accurately portray where the cuisine that they serve comes from.
