I recently decided to get fit so I did a quick search for local gyms in Northampton.
I was surprised how many there are.

There’s nothing worse that back pain. Possibly that’s because no one can see it so you get very little sympathy!
Well, I am in agony and it’s is all because I overdid it in the garden this weekend.
