Team building activities in Chester
Monday, January 24th, 2011When my boss promoted me to his personal assistant I was thrilled. The role would be so much more interesting than my job as a secretary, and it also involved being in charge of HR issues for the staff at the small company.
One of the first things I wanted to do in the role was plan something which would increase staff morale, as it had been lacking recently. We also had some new staff, so I thought it would be good for us all to do something together.
