Moving Warehouses
Monday, June 6th, 2011We have been renting the same warehouse for over twenty years, and when it was sold, we were assured that the rent would stay the same and we would still be able to stay there. That was true for the first two months, then our new landlord put the price up so that we were expected to pay almost double what we were paying before. The prices were extortionate, but it was within his rights to raise the rent, so we either needed to stay there and pay the new rate or move elsewhere. We did some research and found that it would actually work out cheaper for us to move our entire operation to a different site. We decided that it made more sense for us to buy a warehouse rather than rent it, so we looked around and found a fantastic disused warehouse that just needed some refitting.
I knew that the best flooring that we could get would be from www.industrialflooringmanchester.co.uk, as they specialise in heavy duty flooring that can withstand a great deal of wear.
