Fish and Chip Shops in Luton

I am a firm believer that in order to live well and eat well in today’s ‘health abiding’ society, you need to incorporate an all round healthy regime into your overall diet. This doesn’t mean that you have to eat lettuce leafs and tomatoes all year round, it just means, everything in moderation.
So, with that in mind, I do try to do that exact thing, through the week I eat very healthily, try to consume my 5 a day and avoid take-aways and fast food like the plague! However, comes the weekend and that all goes to pot. I argue though, that’s the way to do it!
If I am not doing anything on a Friday night, I often go to our local fish and chip shop for a fish supper. It’s been taken over recently though and isn’t half as good as what it used to be. So, in effect, a complete waste of calories!
Now, I wouldn’t normally think to look online for a fish and chip shop as generally, you know where your local chippy is! But my friend was telling me about a new fish and chip shop opened in Lowestoft and because I wasn’t sure on their location, I visited their website www.fishandchipshopsluton.co.uk. (more…)
