Domestic Removals in Luton

Friday, February 18th, 2011

My daughter is obviously the apple of my eye and all of that, but she is so disorganised! I can’t even attempt to count how many time I have had to arrange things for her. It wouldn’t be so bad, apart from the fact that she is 32! When she told me that she was planning to move house I told her that I was too busy to help, and she would have to find a company to help with the removals. Of course she said that she already had everything planned, but she of course didn’t. Two days before the move I received a frantic call from her telling me that she hadn’t sorted anything and she didn’t know what to do. I had to come to the rescue, so I called on the ever reliable www.domesticremovalsluton.co.uk for help.

Removals van in Luton

Friday, December 24th, 2010

When my brother and his wife broke up, he had nowhere to go, so I said he could move in with me. I had a good sized spare room and the flat really was too big for just one person. He obviously wanted to bring all his stuff with him, so we hired www.removalsvanluton.co.uk so we could move everything in one fell swoop.

My brother’s wife was keeping most of the furniture in the house as she was staying there with the kids. My brother really just wanted a clean break from it all, so he didn’t have that much to bring with him, just a bed and bedroom furniture. (more…)

Removals Company in Luton

Thursday, September 30th, 2010

I am in a bit of a dilemma at the moment. I have been renting a flat for the past two years from a really nice lady who had been living in Australia with distant relatives. I had a call from her yesterday saying that she is planning to move back to the UK within the next four weeks. I thought crikey that doesn’t give me very long to find somewhere else does it!

Anyway, that’s by the by as it just so happens that my friend is looking for a lodger in her house as she is struggling to pay the mortgage by herself. I know it’s always a bit tricky living with friends as it can either make or break it but for the mean time, I thought it was definitely worth giving a go.

The friend that I am moving in with was telling me about a company that she used online called www.removalscompanyluton.co.uk. Apparently they were really good in assisting with the move and did everything they could to make the move a little easier. (more…)

House Removals in Luton

Monday, September 27th, 2010

I am looking for a company that deals with house removals from start to finish.

After my Grandma died recently, I’ve been trying to help my Mum sort out all my Grandma’s things. Previously, I’d never realised how difficult the grieving process actually is from sorting the funeral to then sorting out the everyday things.

So to make it easier for my Mum, I thought I would look into getting a house removals company to do all the hard work to give my mum a break. I looked online the other day and found plenty of companies dealing with house removals like www.houseremovalsluton.co.uk (more…)

Man and Van in Dunstable

Moving flat is always a stressful time and even more so when your boyfriend does his back in skiing just beforehand. We had planned to move all our stuff to our new flat ourselves, but there was no way he could lift the furniture. (more…)
