Thursday, October 28th, 2010I inherited a house around two years ago now. To be honest, everything about it was unexpected so I was quite taken aback with what to do with the property itself. I already have a house of my own which I love to bits and have just decorated it out so it’s my style and taste. But, it seems a complete waste to just have a house sat there doing nothing too.
The house itself is in lovely condition and over the past two years, I have done some bits and bobs to it myself to help maintain it. However, I’ve come to the conclusion that lettings agents in Luton would be the best option right now. I was looking the other day online and found a website called www.propertymanagementinluton.co.uk whereby the company deals with the letting of the property from start to finish.
