I decided it was high time that I learnt to drive. I did start to learn when I was seventeen years old but had a bad experience with my driving Instructor and ended up stopping them. What parent doesn’t dread their teenagers learning to drive? After going out in the car with my 17 year old daughter once, I realised that I’d have to find a driving instructor and quick or our loving mother-daughter relationship wouldn’t last very long. (more…)
The drawback about having a child at university is helping them to pass their driving tests.
Before he went away he had ten lessons and was not far off being ready to take his driving test. However when he came back weeks later he had forgotten many of the things he had been taught so he had to have about five lessons as a refresher. (more…)
It does make me smile when I see a sticker on the back windscreen of cars, which reads, ‘Kids Taxi’.
It makes me smile because it is so true.
