New Business Premises

Wednesday, February 29th, 2012

Over the past few months my business has started employing a lot more people and we have had to relocate so that their is enough space for us all. We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to find an affordable office space because of the current high rental prices, but we were lucky and got a great deal on a warehouse space that needed some renovations. The structure of the building was fine, all that we needed to look at was the roofing and the electrical system. I have worked with www.flatroofingsidcup.co.uk before, so I got in touch with them to see if they could help. They’re a fantastic company that are really professional and reliable and they gave us a great quote for the work that we needed.

Electrician Adds To Perfect Bathroom

Wednesday, August 17th, 2011

The day was finally here I’d been waiting for. I’d been waiting so long to have a good bathroom again, after our house got flooded 3 months ago having a bath or shower had gone from being a pleasure to being a nightmare. Me and my girlfriend had actually been enjoying the fact that we had an excuse to do up our bathroom as what we had was a disgustingly green bath that was about ten years out of date. We had found a good reliable bathroom fitter who was willing to do the work for a relatively cheap price: www.bathroomfitterswandsworth.co.uk.

Further Education

Saturday, August 13th, 2011

I have always wanted to improve my computer skills, but didn’t know where to start. It’s hard to find time to do any extra educational courses when you have a full time job, but luckily I found out about www.aatcoursestowerhamlets.co.uk, who offer courses in evenings and even on weekends. I really believe that my computer illiteracy has been a big reason why I haven’t been able to progress in my career and find the job that I really want. I was quite daunting when I started my ICT course, but I felt really comfortable with the college environment and everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I was also very impressed with the knowledge that the teaching staff showed.

Electrical Contractors in Guildford

Monday, November 22nd, 2010

For some reason over the past few months the fuses in my house kept blowing. We’d be settled in for a night of TV when everything would suddenly turn off. I felt like I was spending my life flicking the switches in the airing cupboard back on, and it was getting old. We really don’t use that much electricity, so I couldn’t work out what the problem was. After poking around in the fuse box, I realised that I needed to get some professional help. My neighbour told me about www.electricalcontractorsguildford.co.uk, and I thought that it wouldn’t hurt if I got someone who knew what they were talking about to come and have a look.

Renovating My New Home

Thursday, November 11th, 2010

This had been an excellent year. I’d got a new job in an area of London that I loved, and after renting for six months I’d found the perfect house to buy in a beautiful old building in the heart of Finchley.

It needed a lot of work, but it was a really good price, and it felt just like home when I’d looked at it. The residents before me were a family of rats! But I could see the potential so I called up www.pestcontrolwestminster.co.uk and the made my new house pest free before the other work started. There was a lot to sort out before I could move in and I just didn’t know where to start. I thought I would be sensible and make sure the electricals were safe so I found www.electricalcontractorsfinchley.co.uk online. (more…)
