I am very happy at the moment.  I have a fabulous new bathroom thanks to www.bathroominstallationchiswick.co.uk and I couldn't be happier.

I now have somewhere to escape to when I want to find some peace and quiet from the children and the husband.  I know it sounds selfish, but I just need some time of my own every now and again.  I planned the bathroom installation very carefully with the help of the company and it is just what I wanted – and more.

I am getting quite good at project management.  I have also been helping out at work on getting new air conditioning installed.  For this we used a company called www.airconditioningtonbridge.co.uk  The project went very smoothly and it's great to have air conditioning in the office now, although it does tend to cause arguments – mainly between the female and male workers.

So all is good at the moment.  I also have a holiday to look forward to.  We are off to Cyprus on a last-minute break, which is great for all of us.  It's been really cold just recently and what we need is some sun.

I have had the same mid length mousey brown hairstyle since I was at school, but I decided that now is the time for a change. I married my first love when I was 18 and we are still very happy, but I wanted to surprise him with a new look at our 20th wedding anniversary. The most exciting hairstyle that my husband has seen on me is a ponytail, and I decided that this needed to change.

After Christmas and the New Year I was feeling in dire need of a pick-me-up.  I had eaten and drunk far too much and was feeling a bit low and run-down.  Thankfully a friend bought me a voucher for www.beautysalonswestkensington.co.uk as a Christmas present and after a couple of visits to the salon I am feeling much better.

I have had a couple of massages and can really feel the benefit.  The beauty therapists took time with me to talk to me and find out how I was feeling and what I wanted from my treatments.  They really did hone in on the problem areas and the massages worked wonders at relieving my stress.  I think everyone should get a massage after Christmas – it's a great way to start the New Year.

I have never been a big fan of beauty salons, but I am going to be a regular at this beauty salon now as the benefits are huge.  It's just so lovely to lie down for a while, forget the outside world and just have someone massage your aching muscles.  Sheer bliss.  It was certainly the best Christmas present my friend could have given me.

I am now thinking of having a couple of facials to give my skin a spring clean in readiness for the summer months.

I couldn't believe it a few weeks ago when I was clearing out the garage and managed to pull something in my back.  I was in agony and it didn't help that the wife and children found it funny that I was walking a bit funny.  They laughed that it was just old age.  Anyway, thankfully a friend recommended www.backpaincamden.co.uk

I have to admit that my back has been feeling a bit funny for a while and the osteopath really focussed on the root cause of the problem rather than just treating the pain.  My back feels so much better now – better than before I pulled it in the garage.  I am going to keep going for a few more treatments just to ensure I get the maximum flexibility back.

I have been a huge rugby fan ever since I was a little boy and I always arrange for a big groups of my friends and I to go to big games. I was driving my usual way to work a couple of weeks ago when I was unfortunately in a car accident. I thought that the car in front of me was going to go at the roundabout, but instead they braked very suddenly. I went into the back of their car and then the car behind be crashed into me. I have always wanted really thick carpet in my home but I have never got around to finding the time to get it fitted. I am having all of my family around to my house for Christmas, so I decided that now was the time to get the carpet fitted. My husband and I have been renovating our house for a few months now and it has been exhausting. Every since my daughter could stand, she has been dancing. When she was three we took her to her first dance lesson and she absolutely loved it. Since then she has been dancing as much as she can and learning as many new styles as possible. We have recently relocated to London, so we needed to find somewhere where she could carry on her tuition. She’s 12 now, but she is as passionate about dance as she was when she was three. I have been working at my current job for ten years now and as a reward, my boss bought me a brand new top of the range laptop. I was really pleased with my present and was a bit too excited when I showed it to my girlfriend because I managed to drop it on our tiled kitchen floor. It was like it hit the floor in slow motion and there was nothing that I could do to save it.
