Hand Blenders

Friday, February 18th, 2011

My daughter has just reached the age where she can start eating solids.  I have to say that it is a major learning curve for me as I have to find food that she likes and that is easily digestible.  I don’t want to buy baby food: I want to try and make it all fresh myself.  I don’t know what I would do without my selection of blenders.

When it comes to preparing food for my daughter hand blenders are the way forward I have decided.  They get the food to the perfect consistency.  It was a friend who recommended making the food this way. (more…)

Fitted kitchens in Biggleswade

Monday, December 13th, 2010

We should never have let my husband watch Changing Rooms all those years ago, it had made him think he was a right Handy Andy. Since then he’d tried to fit a new bathroom, and we’d had to call  out the professionals to re-do it, he’d tried to build a shed, which had fallen down within a week, and he’s tried to put up a fireplace, which I’m not even going to go into!

When we decided it was time to get a new kitchen, I put my foot down. We were having it done by professionals and that was final! We went to www.fittedkitchensbiggleswade.co.uk to choose our new kitchen and get it fitted right! (more…)

Kitchen Design Coventry

Friday, November 12th, 2010

The thing I’m most excited about in my new house is my shiny new kitchen. I have always loved cooking, I like to thing that I’m quite the chef, and so I’ve bought all the newest kitchen gadgets, however ridiculous and pointless they may be. I really wanted to treat myself and get the kitchen of my dreams. The kitchen always ends up as the hub of our house, so why not make it perfect? My friend told me she had used www.kitchendesigncoventry.co.uk and they had helped her design and fit the kitchen of her dreams. (more…)

Kitchen fitters in Dunfermline

Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010

I’ve known that the need for a new kitchen was imminent for a while now, but have been trying very hard to avoid confronting the fact.

However, when three of the kitchen doors fell off in one week and half the worktop collapsed while I was making dinner the next night, it seemed like the right time to do something about it.

Kitchen Design in Wellingborough

Monday, September 27th, 2010

I am looking at getting a new kitchen in the same house that I have lived in for years now. When we first moved in to the property, I remember saying to my husband that one of our main priorities was to get the kitchen re-designed to suit our tastes because it’s incredibly dated. However, typically as time went on and two children later, our kitchen still remain in the same heap it always was!

My husband has recently had a promotion at work and is doing really well so we thought now is definitely the time to get choosing a kitchen which we can begin to enjoy.

So, in typical woman style, I rushed online all guns blazing and found a website called www.kitchendesignwellingborough.co.uk. Because I am so used to my old, grotty kitchen, the kitchens that I saw online were completely out of this world! (more…)

Bespoke kitchens in Warminster

Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010

I am looking at getting a brand spanking new kitchen for my new home. Where I used to live previously, I’ve always had a low end, basic kitchen which wasn’t by any means pleasing to the eye. Yet I always told myself that it did the job and that was that.

However, now I am more secure in my job and in a position where I can afford to spend a little more on my new home, I have been looking at websites like www.bespokekitchenswarminster.co.uk. (more…)

Kitchen Design in Colchester

Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

We were so bored of our old kitchen. We’d inherited it from the people who owned the house before us, and had never liked it.

When the door fell off one of the cabinets, it was the last straw.

We like buying local, so we searched on the internet for kitchen design firms in Colchester where we live. Surprisingly, there were quite a few. (more…)

Kitchen Design in Birmingham

Wednesday, September 15th, 2010

I love the minimalist look, so most of my flat in the centre of Birmingham is designed like that.

When it came to the kitchen, I wanted to get it looking sleek and contemporary as I reckoned I’d spend a lot of time there.

So I set off to find a kitchen design company in Birmingham that would understand exactly what I wanted and not try to persuade me to a choose a ‘country kitchen’ look. (more…)

Kitchen Fitters in London

Tuesday, August 31st, 2010

I’ve always hated my kitchen. When we bought the house, I’d always thought we’d tear the dire old kitchen out as soon as we could. Then we had our first child and time just seemed to fly by. We never got round to even thinking about what sort of kitchen we wanted.  After our second child had started nursery, I decided that enough was enough.

I found a kitchen that I liked in a well-known store. Then I got online and searched for kitchen fitters in London. I wanted to find someone who could do a good job but for less cash than the kitchen store was going to charge us. (more…)

Kitchen Fitters in Bridgend

Thursday, August 12th, 2010

I have run a small catering company for years with the company never really making massive amounts of profits. But after a recent closure of a rival catering company near by, the business has really come on leaps and bounds. To be quite frank, it should have happened years ago as I can honestly say that we provide quality food at a good price…obviously I am biased. (more…)
