My new house almost looks exactly as I have always wanted it to, there are just a few finishing touches that I need to sort out. I managed to find a second hand washing machine that I got through a friend, I just needed to get some minor repairs on it so that it could be in teh best working condition possible. I called www.washingmachinerepairschelmsford.co.uk to see if they could help and luckily they said that they would be able to come and have a look. It took them next to no time to get the washing machine working perfectly and they charged a really reasonable price.

Did you know that hardened Travertine was originally mined by the Romans? In fact the Colosseum in Rome is the largest building in the world using mainly Travertine.

I was amazed to discover how many other buildings use Travertine. There’s the Sacre-Coeur in Paris and, in Los Angeles, California, the Getty Center is a great example. Would you believe the Travertine used in the Getty Center was actually imported from Tivola and Guidonia? (more…)

Owning my own restaurant had been a dream of mine for years and years. When the perfect site came up, I jumped at the chance.
