Shops sign up for Stortford window contest
Wednesday, January 26th, 2011Over 30 companies, including the Tourist Information Centre, Edwards Interiors, Mosaic, Belli Bambini, Zelley the Jeweller, Heaven, Jem, Interstyle Fireplaces in Bishop’s Stortford entered a Christmas shop window competition for the Isabel Hospice that made Bishop’s Stortford look very festive this winter.
The competition, which was sponsored by local accountants Price Bailey and supported by the Herts and Essex Observer aims to raise money for the hospice. The hospice provides free end-of-life care in the East Herts area, and the charity’s corporate relationship manager stated, “We’re really excited about this new competition, which should bring a Christmas feel with real heart to the town.
