High Wych homes plan set for go-ahead
Thursday, March 3rd, 2011Builders in Harlow have had the go-ahead to build seven homes on a site in High Wych. East Herts councilors granted consent for Grange Builders in Harlow to demolish the bungalow at Dovedale to make way for three affordable three-bedroom homes and four detached five- and six-bedroom properties with garaging. The proposed number of homes is above the guidance regarding building in the area, but the high quality of the homes convinced councilors to agree to the build.
