Independent Financial Advisors in Nottingham

Posted on March 1st, 2011 by charlie

I have always used the services of independent financial advisors, so that I can get the best out of my money. When I moved down to Nottingham, I needed to find a new financial advisor, who could help with my personal finances and those of my business. I looked online for recommendations, and found www.independentfinancialadvisorsnottingham.co.uk. My friend who lives in Leicester also recommended www.financialadvisersleicester.co.uk, as he said that they have really helped him keep on top of his finances in the last couple of years.

Commercial Window Cleaners in Derby

Posted on March 1st, 2011 by charlie

When we moved offices, there were a lot of things that we didn’t realise we had to sort out. Our new office is in a new, very swanky office building, on the 26th floor. Our managing director said that he wanted to make sure that our offices always looked presentable, so he asked me to look into a window cleaning service from a company who had the skill and experience to clean windows at such a great height. I spoke to the maintenance manager of our office building, and he said that the company already had excellent commercial window cleaning services from www.commercialwindowcleanersderby.co.uk.

Physiotherapy Clinic in Nottingham

Posted on February 25th, 2011 by charlie

I have always had problems with my right knee, ever since I was at school and sprained my knee during football training. Initially it was just a niggling pain, but over the years, rather than heal, it has just got worse and worse. I didn’t want to have to deal with the pain for years to come, so I decided to take action. I didn’t like the idea of masking the pain with painkillers, I wanted to take some positive steps that could reduce the pain in the long run. My friend told me that he had recently received some physiotherapy treatment from www.physiotherapyclinicnottingham.co.uk that had been really effective, so I got in touch with them and booked an appointment.

Building Restoration in Lincoln

Posted on February 22nd, 2011 by charlie

I have always loved the old church at the bottom of my street. Ever since I was a little girl, I thought it was such a beautiful building. It has been the stage for many important events in my family, inclusding christenings, weddings and funerals. The church always looked so beautiful inside, full of flowers from www.funeralflowerscleethorpes.co.uk.

Over the years, the church congregation have moved to a newer church a mile away, so the building has become quite derelict and unloved. I got married a year ago, and my husband is from a much wealthier background than I am, and when I told him how much I loved the church building, he said that we should buy it and convert it. It had never crossed my mind, but I thought it was a lovely idea. He works in the property market, so he managed to get a really good deal for the house. We needed experienced builders who could help with the conversion, and we found www.buildingrestorationlincolnshire.co.uk.

Airport Transfers in Nottingham

Posted on February 18th, 2011 by charlie

It is hard to arrange getting all the members of my family to get to one place on time. Several of them seem to have the ‘late gene’ which thankfully, skipped me. When we all decided to go on a family holiday to Spain together, my initial thought was, how am I going to get everyone there on time so we don’t miss the flight? My sister and my auntie frequently turn up to places two hours late and are surprised when people are annoyed, so I decided that we had to arrange something that would get them to the airport on time. That’s when I called on www.airporttransfersnottingham.co.uk and www.airporttaxisleicester.co.uk, because my family are based in different areas.

Mini Bus Services in Leicester

Posted on February 17th, 2011 by charlie

We decided that for my Grandad’s 90th birthday, we would all take a big family trip to a cottage in the Cotswolds. He has always loved going for holidays and trips there, so we thought that it would be a great place for us all to spend a few days and celebrate. You would never think that he was 90! He’s so energetic and he still loves going for long walks. We wanted to all go down together, so I looked into hiring a mini bus to take us there. The best deal that I found was with www.minibusservicesleicester.co.uk. So we booked them for our trip.

Loft Conversion in Lincoln

Posted on February 7th, 2011 by charlie

I don’t know why it took us so long to realise that all of the space in our loft was completely going to waste. We’ve been living in our house for nearly ten years and we have been using the loft for storage space. My brother suggested one day that we convert the loft so we have more space in the house, and my wife and I looked at each other in disbelief, it was such an obvious idea! My brother did have loft conversions on his mind though, as he had just had his loft changed into a really lovely spare bedroom by www.loftconversionlincoln.co.uk. He told me that their service was excellent so we should definitely get in touch. I wanted to make sure that the conversion was as sustainable as possible because I am really interested in helping the environment, so I also enlisted the services of www.residentialarchitectsnottingham.co.uk.

New car, new kitchen

Posted on January 25th, 2011 by sam

For some reason when I was little, I always used to want to be in one of those families which had a skip on the driveway. It never occurred to me that they might have hired the skip while they were having some work done, or that they were clearing out. I thought they were just exciting people who needed a skip.

When I grew up a bit, I realised that this wasn’t the case, but I still wanted to have a skip on my driveway at some point in my life. The time came when we redid the kitchen. We needed to rip everything out and redo it. As soon as we decided to do it, I excitedly called www.cheapskiphireboston.co.uk. Read the rest of this entry »

New Lease Of Life

Posted on January 21st, 2011 by sam

A few years ago I was working in IT and wishing my life away to the weekend every week. I thought I could see the rest of my life spanning out in front of me, one boring day after another. Then one day, I was gripped with a desire to do something about it, so I started up the catering business that I’ve always wanted to start up.

I did it alongside work to begin with, but it got too much eventually. I had to quit my IT job and focus on making the catering business my livelihood. I needed to get professional, so I went to www.businessprintersleicester.co.uk and got them to make me some business cards. Read the rest of this entry »

Divorce Solicitors in Leicester

Posted on January 13th, 2011 by charlie

I was very daunted by the task of finding a divorce solicitor. I know everybody says this, but I really never expected that I would get divorced from my wife. When I think back on our wedding we were just so happy, but it all went sour and neither of us feel like that anymore. A divorce was the only solution really, so I needed to find someone to fight my corner. My wife was adamant that she should receive a large pay out, but I didn’t think that the amount that she wanted was fair. My friend who had been in a similar situation told me about www.divorcesolicitorsleicester.co.uk so I called them to ask for their advice.
