Back Pain
Thursday, March 18th, 2010It had to happen didn’t it? Having told everyone to take it easy in the garden now that spring is here, I have put my own back out!
I am not sure if it is merely my muscles seizing up or whether I have done some serious damage. I think it is the former as I did not feel anything ’go’ at the time but when I tried to leap out of bed this morning, I found that I couldn’t.
