Three months ago I left my job in a Hair Salon to set up my own Mobile Hairdressing business. My Boss was becoming unbearable and I didn’t like the way that customers were assigned to her favourites in the Salon. I was sick of getting a really low commission. My Dad said that I would need to do it all properly and that it would be worth visiting a Tax Consultants in Edinburgh where we live. I went with my Dad and they explained everything to me so that I could understand.  My Dad has kindly offered to do all the paperwork for paying tax and we will go back to the Tax Consultants in Edinburgh if we have any queries. Having worked for a leading retailer for years and not really got anywhere in terms of my career, I am looking at developing my own business from scratch.

I don’t quite know what it is about me and authority but I just can’t seem to handle it! I hate being labelled as somebody’s ‘minor’ or ‘assistant’ and being delegated work is my personal idea of hell!
