Wednesday, September 22nd, 2010Buying our little cottage in the countryside had long been a dream for us. We found the perfect place and we couldn’t believe it when our offer was accepted.
As it had a septic tank, we had this looked at in the survey. It clearly needed replacing. Luckily, the previous owners didn’t cause a fuss and took some money off the price of our cottage.
So it was up to us to replace the old septic tank before we moved in.
