Scaffolding in South West London
Tuesday, August 31st, 2010This year has been one of the one craziest I think I have ever witnessed for weather in London. I feel that it has received nearly every type of weather you can have from monsoon rains to blizzards and extremely hot sunshine. However I feel the craziest that I experienced this year had to be the mini tornado that hit southwest London.
This was an extremely rare occurrence in London that it shocked me. I never thought the wind could be that fast and strong. It seemed that the whole house was shaking and being blown around. It really was quite a scary experience. So after the Tornado had passed I went out to examine my property. At first I was quite relieved that all that was damaged was the garden that was until I saw the chimney. It had almost been entirely blown off. (more…)
