My car needs fixing yet again. You probably can’t count on two hands the amount of things my car has had done to it in the past six months. So much so that I am considering getting a bike!

Prior to my current heap of a car, I had a small reliable car which worked a treat. Thinking I wanted to upgrade slightly to a newer, more economical model, I thought I would change my car and work up the ladder a little.

However, little did I know that this car would need more car repairs in Watford than any other car I have known before. I wouldn’t mind but the cost I have spent on fixing the car must be worth more than the car itself! (more…)

With the average August weather we have had so far, I recently became a victim of the wet roads. As a new driver I didn’t realise just how much a bit of water on the roads causes them to become so slippery! Rather a steep learning curve, however hopefully my lesson will be learnt! I feel some extra training would  have prevented this from happening in the first place, it such an alien experience when you loose control, if this could have been experienced as part of learning to drive, I may have known what to do to avoid the accident. The damage to the car looks superficial, however it needs to be checked properly, and the search for a company doing car repairs in Bristol needs to begin! (more…)
