I’ve always been really fortunate in having lovely teeth. I’ve never had a filling or needed a brace or anything. So when I fell and knocked a couple of teeth out a while ago I was mortified. Talk about pain! I tripped over an uneven flagstone while walking my dog and now I have sprained my knee.

I went to the physiotherapists in Burton and they told me to do some gentle exercise on a bike to help build up the muscles. (more…)

It has to be one of the worst pains ever. I am talking about back pain.

Not only does it make you incapacitated, you get little sympathy as no one can see what is wrong with you.
