Disability Support in Bedford

Posted on February 23rd, 2011 by charlie

Even though I’m in a wheelchair, I still really relish my independence. I have always lived on my own, but sometimes every one needs to reach out and get some help. I moved to Bedford for anew job, and I really wanted to find accommodation that would be suitable for my requirements. I looked online and found out about www.disabilitysupportbedford.co.uk and decided to go to them for some guidance and advice.

Multi Fuel Bedford

Posted on February 23rd, 2011 by Sandy

I have just moved into a new house in Bedford and while I am happy with the interior as it is I think it is missing a main focal point in the living area.  After talking to friends and looking round other homes I have decided that a multi fuel stove would be a great option. Septic tank emptying in Bedford

Posted on February 8th, 2011 by charlie

I know what you’re thinking, who wants to talk about septic tanks, but honestly, give me a minute to explain myself. I have to admit that I have never really taken an interest in my husband’s company, but when his secretary had to go to hospital and they needed someone to fill in, I said that I would help. It was very difficult for me to pretend that I knew what the business actually did (I still don’t think that I completely do). In my first week I was given some very bizarre requests that I didn’t really understand, then he asked me to find I company who could clear their septic tank. I didn’t know where to start. I looked online and found www.septictankemptyingbedford.co.uk, and called them for more information.

Professional extensions in Bedford

Posted on February 1st, 2011 by charlie

It’s Monday again. Where on earth did the weekend go?

This weekend particularly seems to have flown for me as it’s been non-stop. I went to a friend’s party on Saturday night at their home in Bedford for a few glasses of wine and a catch up with some old friends.

I couldn’t help but notice in the house the gorgeous extension which our friends have had built onto the side of their kitchen. The kitchen looked beautiful but the structure and detailing in the building was what really blew me away.

For months now I have been contemplating getting an extension built onto our house but it’s finding the right builders in Bedford to do it that’s the problem! Oh and paying for it of course!

My friend recommended the company www.professionalextensionsbedford.co.uk which was the company that equipped her with such a deluxe, unique kitchen. I didn’t need to read much about the company as I could tell immediately that the work wasn’t by any standards a shoddy job.

Setting Up A New Business

Posted on January 19th, 2011 by charlie

There are so many things to consider when starting a new business. Not only the premises and things like that, but also contracts and finances and all of the stuff that I find very boring. My business partner is a bit more savvy than me with financial things, but we both decided that it would make our lives a lot easier if we employed a company who could help us with the financial side of our new business start-up. Luckily for us, we found out about www.charteredaccountantsbedford.co.uk and decided to contact them to see how they could help us.

Carpet fitters in Sandy

Posted on January 6th, 2011 by charlie

Don’t you just love the smell of new carpets? Somebody should try to create the scent of new carpets for a room spray. I have just had new carpets fitted on the stairs and in all the upstairs rooms in my house. Not only does my home now look fantastic, but it smells great as well.

I’ve never had a carpet fitted before. My husband and I just lived in a flat before we bought our house, and we never spent any money on it because it was never going to be long term.

We found carpets and fitters at www.Carpetfitterssandy.co.uk to do the whole job for us.

Removals companies in Biggleswade

Posted on January 6th, 2011 by charlie

Moving house day was a day of great excitement in our family. My two daughters thought packing up all our things in boxes and taking them to a new home was going to be great fun. I thought it was going to be hard work and very stressful. In the end, my children were right, it was really good fun and very exciting – well for us anyway, maybe not for the removal men! We found a firm at www.Removalcompaniesbiggleswade.co.uk to do the whole thing for us. They made moving day a pretty great day.

They were a great help, I would have usually tried to do the majority of the move myself, but I had been involved in a little scrape with my car the week before, and it was being repaired by www.accidentrepairsbedfordshire.co.uk. When  say little scrape I am greatly under exaggerating, It was quite a serious knock, but I’ve just got my car back from the garage and you’d never know that I was in any kind of accident. They are such a talented company.

Plumbing services in Bedford

Posted on December 22nd, 2010 by sam

When my husband and I first moved into our house in Bedford we were pretty strapped for cash, so my husband had plumbed in the bathroom for us. He’d not done a bad job, but we’d had quite a lot of little niggling problems with it since then.

One day the unprofessional installation of the bathroom came back to haunt us, when a major leak sprung from the pipes underneath the bath. Every morning we would mop up the water, and every night it would be back again and the bathroom would be completely flooded. I decided it was time to get the professionals involved, so I called in www.plumbingservicesbedford.co.uk. Read the rest of this entry »

Hairdressers in Biggleswade

Posted on December 14th, 2010 by charlie

I am very particular about my hair and when I left our home in Durham for a new job in Biggleswade, I nearly cried when I said goodbye to my fantastic hairdresser who had been cutting my hair for the past ten years. I was sure that I would never find someone who cuts my hair as well as she does. My husband told me that there are good hairdressers everywhere, so I decided to try and be grown up, I am 43 after all, and look for a great hairdresser our new area. Within the first half hour at my new job I was chatting to one of my new colleagues about my predicament and she suggested I try her hairdressers www.hairdressersbiggleswade.co.uk.

Personal Injury Solicitors in Bedford

Posted on October 19th, 2010 by Chris

Unfortunately, it’s a fact of life that you can get injured in the workplace. I work as a construction worker, it is important that I am aware of the dangers that could potentially cause me a personal injury. But last year the people I was working for provided me with the incorrect safety equipment and this meant that I suffered a personal injury. I couldn’t work for weeks and I lost some of my wages, so I went to ask Personal Injury Solicitors Bedford to help. They gave me an excellent service and I was really happy with the compensation that they managed to get for me. Read the rest of this entry »
